About Adam Ruud

Adam is a well respected leader within the real estate industry with a strong passion for helping people grow, enhancing their success, and ultimately with the goal of guiding others to live a happier and more fulfilled life.  Adam, a native of Chicago and the middle child among three brothers, has charted an impressive career path that seamlessly blends his athletic skills and conditioning with his professional drive and success.  

After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he honed his skills both academically and on the soccer field, Adam embarked on a four-year professional soccer career traveling and meeting people all over the world. His transition from sports to real estate in 2009 marked the beginning of a remarkable journey into the real estate industry during a time of a crashing market and economy.  

In the world of real estate, Adam quickly distinguished himself as a top sales agent, a title he held for eight consecutive years while helping teach others the fundamentals of sales. His leadership and expertise propelled him to the role of managing broker, a position he has excelled in for the past seven years where he helped grow a brokerage to over 300 agents and posting over $900 million a year in sales. 

Adam's commitment to excellence is further reflected in his current role as Vice President of the Bonita Estero Board of Realtors.  Now, as the KW Elevate Luxury Director of Growth, Adam will lean on the same drive, passion, and devotion to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the business and help push the boundaries of our own collective success.  We are on a mission to build something truly special together.  

Beyond his professional achievements, Adam is deeply devoted to his family where he and his lovely wife, Christina, are the proud parents of three children.  Known for his strong leadership and unwavering passion for helping others, Adam continues to make a significant impact both in real estate and in his community, and he's thrilled to be a part of this winning team.
