Born and raised in Athens, Greece, Julia Oakes brings a rich international perspective and a deep appreciation for culture, lifestyle, and design to her real estate career. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from the American College of Greece (Deree College), laying the foundation for her strong business acumen and client-focused approach.

Growing up in a family involved in the fashion industry, Julia had the unique opportunity to travel extensively throughout Europe, shaping her eye for detail, aesthetics, and elevated living. She relocated to Naples over 30 years ago and has since built strong roots within the community.

Julia's professional background includes experience in the hospitality and social catering industry, where she developed exceptional skills in client service, organization, and event execution. After dedicating time to raising her children, she continued her commitment to the community by working at an independent Christian school.

Today, Julia brings all of these experiences together in real estate—offering a highly personalized, relationship-driven approach. Known for her strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to truly understand her clients’ needs, she is committed to being a trusted advisor throughout every step of the transaction.
