Originally from Niles Michigan, Kelly made the decision to relocate to Southwest Florida in March of 2022 after years of enduring long, cold, and more than often gloomy Midwest winters. Drawn by the promise of year round sunshine, outdoor living, and a more elevated coastal lifestyle, she chose to build both her life and business in a place that reflects how she truly wants to live.

Having spent over 30 years boating on Lake Michigan & over 15 years sailing in the BVI, Kelly has a deep rooted appreciation for life on the water! Something that naturally translated into her passion for Southwest Florida’s luxury waterfront and resort-style communities.

Now based in Estero Florida, Kelly specializes in luxury, lifestyle driven real estate, working with relocation and second-home clients who are ready to leave behind harsh climates in exchange for a more refined, experience focused way of living. She understands firsthand what it means to make that transition and guides her clients through it seamlessly.
