Sandy is an experienced Realtor®, Real Estate Advisor, and Home Interior Planner. She specializes as a Buyer’s Agent advising and representing remote, out-of-state, foreign, and luxury buyers.

Sandy chose to specialize guiding homebuyers when she became aware how much other real estate agents preferred getting listings and selling houses for sellers, while she enjoyed more helping buyers find their dream home.

She also noticed that often the best interests of the homebuyer were not being fully represented to the fullest extent throughout the entire home finding and buying process.

And, that homebuyers didn’t even realize that they weren’t ending up with the home they ideally wanted for the best price and terms.

Even worse, was seeing how much homebuyers were being uninformed and underrepresented by relying upon friends, family members, and non-real estate professional advisors for homebuying opinions and advice.

The opportunity to work with homebuyers and guide them through the entire homebuying process and secure the best deal for them is her passion.

She is dedicated to performing with integrity the multiple variety of responsibilities involved for buyers, from researching properties and staying on top of local real estate happenings, to negotiating purchase offers, all of which keeps her work engaging and challenging.

Most of all, she enjoys the impact and happiness she is able to manifest by being included in one of the biggest financial transactions ever in people’s lives.
