About Sarah Stice

Sarah Stice established her real estate career, after moving to Florida from the Midwest, and quickly grew into an experienced, top producing real estate agent and International Property Specialist. Driven by a mission to help her clients establish and build wealth through home ownership and real estate investing, she quickly realized her passion for building additional businesses and revenue streams and helping fellow real estate agents to do the same. Having successfully grown and scaled a transaction management company after joining forces with Caine Luxury Team, Sarah transitioned into the Director of Operations role, where her expertise and skills to lead complex projects and optimize processes is showcased. Sarah is widely recognized for her leadership and problem-solving abilities, and Sarah excels in creating streamlined workflows, enhancing productivity, and fostering a collaborative work environment. 

Sarah’s passion and deep-understanding for all facets of Real Estate developed after studying Biology at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL, and then managing a Towing & Recovery business, of which she later became Vice President and co-owner. Upon selling that company, she began investing in Real Estate, renovating and managing her own properties. This experience gave Sarah unique insight into building and scaling big businesses.  She believes transparency, integrity and outstanding communication are of the utmost importance, and strives to demonstrate these values in all endeavors. Sarah is passionate about supporting local restaurants and small businesses and believes giving back to the community is paramount, and often spends her free time advocating for local animal rescue organizations.
