About Suzana Kroeff

Suzana moved from Brazil to Naples 15 years ago.  She has a degree in Veterinary
Medicine and a PhD in animal microbiology.  After purchasing her first home in Naples,
she was curious about the differences between the Brazilian and American real estate
market.  This motivated her to pursue the necessary knowledge to invest in the Naples
real estate market.  In 2017 she became a Licensed Realtor®.  Her training and
education have allowed her to pursue her passion for helping clients realize their best
home options with attention to detail, expertise, and a steadfast commitment to guiding
clients through every step of the real estate process.

Over the years, Suzana has helped many local and international clients with buying and
renting properties in Southwest Florida.  Having lived in different countries, she brings a
variety of design skills which now help clients envision their future property.  Suzana has
an advanced fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese, allowing her to easily connect
with the needs of diverse clients.

Suzana looks forward to partnering with clients to find their piece of paradise in
Southwest Florida.
