About Tim Rogers

Tim spent over two decades in the wholesale distribution sector supplying HVAC, plumbing, lighting and builder products to licensed residential and commercial contractors in the Southeast.  Later in his wholesale  career he simultaneously worked for Home Depot Supply calling on the manufactured housing industry and national home builders. His construction background has proven to be invaluable in the real estate industry. A full time realtor since 2005 he has achieved much success and is recognized as a consummate professional by his peers.  Still licensed with Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Georgia he has achieved the status of Global Luxury Specialist and consistently receives five star reviews from his many clients.  Licensed in  Florida since 2023 he is extremely honored to be associated with KW Elevate in Naples. Tim enjoys being a Naples resident with his wife Lynne and their two poochons Baxter and Beatrice.  Lynne is a volunteer and an actress with the Naples Players.  They enjoy their circle of friends, church, and the incredible lifestyle and amenities the Naples area offers.
